umvc3 rumors
So last night on Bum’s stream, he started talking about how there was supposed to be a patch before Final Round that was gonna nerf Wesker, Spencer, Morrigan and Zero, with a handful of buffs as well but he just mentioned those 4. The patch got pulled because Capcom wanted to focus on all the other games coming out and then Seth Killian told them to now delay the patch until after EVO.
